Later on in 2011, Privinvest acquired exclusive ownership of ADM after buying out its partners, and is now one of the leading privately-owned shipbuilding groups in Middle East and Europe with major naval and civilian clientele spread around the world. Though headquartered in Middle East, Privinvest Group has well equipped branches in Germany, France, Mediterranean and the United Kingdom.
